We wanted to build an observatory on our property. After deciding we didn’t want to put a shed in our small, but beautifully landscaped, back yard…where the only location which would work was at the end of the swimming pool…we decided to build a room addition, half observatory and half exercise area (WAF).
The only logical place for the addition was a small area next to the dining room and behind the laundry room. Here is what it looked like before we began.
